On May 29 at 4PM on KWMR.com I will share with you French Pop music of the 1950's that will include Dalida, Edith Piaf, Luis Mariano, Fernandel and others.

 

Also, on May 29 at 5PM on KWMR.com my cousin Jacques will share with you two hours of mellow FRENCH music for Happy Hour, relax and enjoy the beginning of the weekend, à la française....

 

And then, on Thursday June 4th at 2PM I will share with you newly released classical music for two hours including new recordings of Mozart's Piano Concerto #22 and the symphony opus 20 of Ernest Chausson, and more other new releases.

 

Last week I went to see a play put together by the teachers and students of the French American School of Silicon Valley. IT WAS GOOD considering, the age of the students [10 to 15 years old], the fact that they only had one hour each week to learn the [very long] texts, they only had 3 rehersals on stage and that they are NOT all from French speaking family. You can hear a SHORT presentation of the play on cliking on my mustache below.

 

At times we do not have a theme, we'll play a potpourri of songs, lots of good French Pop music from our shelves and drawers, including new recordings just received. Contact us below to let us know what you want to hear.

Every FIRST Thursdays at 2PM Pacific and for 2 weeks thereafter: "Thursday Classical", two hours of Classical Music on Classical on the West Coast, the next one is June 4th.

 

Every Fifth Fridays at 5PM Pacific and for 2 weeks thereafter: "Happy Hour", two hours of French Cocktail music, moody and soft always with a cocktail recipe, produced and currated by Jacques in South of France. The next one will be on May 29th.

 

Occasionally, I will also sit-in to cover for other classical music producers.
